This is going to be a polarising one. But it’s been on our hearts for a while now.
There’s been a lot of conversation about being present for euthanasia. And a lot of judgement around it too.
We don’t stand for that.
Because saying goodbye is one of the hardest decisions you’ll ever make. It’s also a deeply personal one.
And how you handle it? That’s for you to decide.
Grief doesn’t look the same for everyone.
Some people need to stay.
Some people simply can’t.
Not because they don’t love their pet, but because they love them so much it feels unbearable.
And we’re not here to decide what your grief should look like. We’re here to support you through it. Without judgement. Without pressure.
And if you can’t be there, please know this:
Your pet will not be alone.
We’ll be there. Speaking softly and holding them tightly. Making sure their last moments are peaceful and full of love. Because they matter to us too.
There is no “right way” to say goodbye. Only your way.
And that’s enough.
