‘Representing South Africa at the World Under-24 Ultimate Frisbee Championships in Logroño, Spain, from 21-28 June 2025, is truly a dream come true. Ever since I was young, I have dreamed of wearing the green and gold and competing on the world stage. Now, that dream is becoming a reality. The tournament brings together the best young players from across the globe for a week of high-level competition, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
I have the honour of being part of the South African U24 team (Also known as the Wild Dogs), and l am training hard to give my best for the team and the country. To make this journey possible, I need to raise funds to cover travel, international flights, food, and team kit. Any support, big or small, will make a meaningful difference and help me reach Spain and proudly represent South Africa at this incredible event.’ says Reuben Macfarlane.
