Hilton Ratepayers Association AGM Reminder & Update for Hilton post box holders

We received the following update which Hilton post box holders will find useful;

 

Please note that post box section at the Quarry centre (Hilton) has been downsized from 1400 to 500 boxes. Currently we are in the process of compressing the active boxes that were paid into those 500 boxes. For those box holders who have paid, you will retain the same box number and will be able to utilise the same key.

 

This process is expected to take approximately 3 weeks to complete. Mail will be available for collection every Wednesday from 08H00 to 14h00. If you have any queries please contact: Cheryl on 074 325 3955

Payment must be received by the end of June 2022 to secure your post box.

Remember to diarise to be at the Hilton Ratepayers Annual General Meeting at 5.30pm on Wednesday, 13 July 2022 at ANEW Hotel Hilton. We will elect our committee and hope several new members will make themselves available, especially welcome are younger residents.
