We caught up with Hilton's ever popular Rita Lea Country Kitchen at the Karkloof Farmers Market where her tasty quiches and other delicious goodies were selling very well. Alison, Rita's daughter reminded us that they are taking orders at the moment for deboned and stuffed chickens at R84.00 per kilogram.
