“Singakwenza must be one of the most innovative and effective interventions in early childhood education in Southern Africa.” So said Professor Jonathan Jansen, when he met with the Singakwenza team recently. His endorsement of the programme included recognising that “by building the competence and confidence of caregivers, a strong and sustainable foundation is laid for the lifelong learning of both children and adult learners.”
