Laddsworth Night Fun Run/Walk delights 755 walkers and runners

Pouring rain and thunder in Hilton on the 1st October 2015 looked set to spoil the annual Fun Run/Walk, until the late afternoon when skies cleared and a blessed sunset welcomed participants to the 4th annual Laddsworth Night Fun Run/Walk. This successful event attracted 755 entrants and raised R42, 000.00 for the school funds, which will contribute towards the ongoing renovations of the school campus.

 

Gavin Lambooy (Headmaster at Laddsworth Primary School) expressed his sincere thanks to Sue and Albé Haasbroek, Shamaine Rajah, Tracy Tamsen, John Holliday and the entire Night Fun Race Committee.
