This 3 acre garden has a distinctive olde world charm centred around mature trees and azaleas. The area around thePurdon house is formal with soft plantings of roses and perennials. This leads off into colourful informal borders and shrubberies. It is an old Hilton property with mature magnolia, cherry and maple trees and a mix of formal, informal and old-fashioned planting. The garden layout has been largely done by Mike Hammersley and Sue Tarr.Tea and cakes will be served during the morning. Light lunches will be served in the afternoon, on the verandah. Booking is essential. Please phone Sonja on 083 630 1827.

Drive for 900m and turn right where a sign reads: “14, 16, 18 Flamingo Drive” (opposite The Garden of Remembrance).
Tuleni will be on show on 17, 18, 24 and 25 October 2015.
