Josephine Clewlow and Harcourts Highover Maria competed in the KZN Dressage Championships held at Durban Shongweni Club over the weekend, 21-23 Aug 2015.Her results are as follows:
In the Pony Rider Novice 3 Warm up class she came 1st with 68.98% and in the Pony Rider Novice 4 Championship she came 3rd with 63%.
She also competed in the Novice Freestyle Event. In this event the riders are required to work out their own tests from a list of required movements, they then have to choreograph music to suit the movements. This is an incredibly technical class as each movement is required at the change of the music and so the test has to be ridden very accurately. Josephine is the KZN Novice Freestyle Champion for 2015, they scored a fantastic 69.63% and won an award for the highest novice freestyle percentage across all age groups. This is a tremendous achievement was applauded during Assembly at Laddsworth Primary School.
