With great reluctance, the Committee decided on Saturday to start scratching players who do not play their matches by the due date. This decision was taken to curtail the knock-on effect that could lead to innocent parties failing to meet their commitments on time. Please play your games in club competitions promptly.
There were only twenty-four players in the Chicken Run on Saturday. Eventual winners by one shot were John Arnott, Peter Bailie and Olga Hutt. Many thanks to the Quarry Spar for the chicken prizes and well done to the victors.
We have a Jaxx Roll lined up for next Wednesday, and will be playing for meal vouchers from Lindsay's on Saturday 23rd August.
