Pipers from the Pietermaritzburg Caledonian Society Pipe Band welcomed visitors to the World's View Conservancy's Carols by Candlelight last week. The weather couldn't have been fouler but those who attended the event were warmed by the lovely music, first from the bagpipes, then from a youthful group of talented musicians led by Lynette & Frank Bell and Bernard Kisbey.
