Mira, owner of Mirror Restaurant and Bistro, formerly Little Poland has decided it is time for a change of tempo in her life and leaves Mirror diners in the capable care of Tim Landers, formerly of Olive & Oil and La Vita. Tim does not plan to make many changes at this time but will introduce a few new menu items while focusing on the home-grown philosophy of sourcing ingredients which are as local and organic as possible. Tim is ably supported by an ex-Granny Mouse chef, so expect a continuation of good food being served at Mirror!
Mira is sad to leave and will hold memories of laughter and fun times in her heart as she begins a new chapter.
