On Wednesday, 23 October, the Hilton College Matric Art Exhibition was opened by artist Sue Martin who commented on the very high standard of work on display. She congratulated the matric artists and said she was touched when reading their write-ups on each piece, as it reflected them as artists, and described deeply moving experiences.
Sue also thanked the Art Department for the tremendous work they had achieved in getting the matric boys to this level of work.
