Who should attend? Entrepreneurs, SME managers, NGO and public service personnel and individuals who need to communicate more effectively with key stakeholders to build relationships and enhance their reputations.
Objectives: To develop a good understanding of how positive stakeholder relations build a company's brand and reputation through strategically targeted messages and actions.
Participants will explore:

● Identifying and communicating with key stakeholders
● The importance of strategic PR planning
● Developing a corporate identity, brand and reputation
● Implementing specialised PR techniques.
The course is aligned to a number of specific SAQA unit standards.
The purpose of a boot camp workshop is to get each participant intensively engaged with the concepts and apply them to their own situation. Each participant completes assignments and returns to the workplace enabled to contribute to the organisation's PR plans, performance and productivity. Participants who attend both the workshops and complete the assignments receive a certificate of completion.

Venue: Chamber House, the Royal Showgrounds, PMB
Cost: Each full-day workshop costs R1 500 per participant. This includes the workbook and refreshments. The cost of attending both workshops is R 2,800-00 – a saving of R200 – if paid in advance. Two or more people from one company get 5% off.
