TO celebrate its refurbishment and an exciting new, cosmopolitan menu, Mirror, Reflections of Little Poland, formerly Little Poland restaurant, held a cocktail party recently.
Mira Staszowski, proprietor of the new-look Mirror restaurant and bistro told representatives of the local business community and long-time patrons that the renovation coincided with the eatery's 12th year serving the midlands community. In addition to old favourites like porcini mushrooms and Eisbein, Staszowski has added a selection of modern "fusion" cuisine. A qualified graphic designer, Staszowski created the new interior look herself, going for neutral colours of beige, chocolate and baby blue to give the outlet a "fresh, brighter look, but without losing the cosy ambience for which we are known," Staszowski explained.
