Emma Lunde, St Anne's College pupil represented Kwa Zulu Natal in the SA National Synchronised Swimming Championships in the 13 – 15 age group. The event took place at King's Park in Durban from the 18th to 22nd April and was attended by the top Synchro Swimmers in the Country. Emma competed in four events and achieved two gold medals and two silver medals. She took first place in her solo and team event and second in the figure competition and the duet. In 2011, Emma was one of 10 swimmers chosen to represent South Africa in the 13 -15 age group in the Comen Cup in Italy. This same event will take place in Spain in 2012.News and image supplied.
