Hailing from the vibrant city of Durban, S outh Africa, Seb Goldswain is a well-loved MiTH favourite and we can't wait to have him back! From the intricate melodies that dance effortlessly on t he strings to the energetic rhythms that resonate in your soul, Seb’s music weaves a sonic tapestry that defies expectations. Join us as we delve into the rich layers of his compositions, discover the inspirations behind his artistry, and experience the power of fingerstyle guitar like never before.

Seb proudly carries the rich musical heritage of his homeland in his fingertips, leading him to share the stage with renowned pop-star George E zra and earn the role of brand ambassador for esteemed instrument companies such as Guitar Gallery and AER Amplifiers.

Seb holds a degree in Jaz z and Popular Music, and has performed in Austria, Greece, the UK and the U SA. He has performed his original music at many of Southern Africa’s top mu sic festivals, including Splashy Fen, Afro Punk, BushFire Festival (Eswatin i), The Makhanda National Arts Festival, The UNISA International Jazz Festi val, The UKZN Youth Jazz Festival, and the Durban International Blues Festi val.

7:30pm: Rhiannon & Vince

Rhiannon & Vince are a fa ther/daughter duo from Howick, KwaZulu Natal. The duo have made a small nam e for themselves over the years, and have played at MiTH since Rhiannon was a teenager. They are known for putting a unique spin on iconic tunes of ol d and new and, having recently played at Splashy Fen 2024, they have added a few original songs to their repertoire.

7pm: Maritzburg College Jaz z Ensemble

The Maritzburg College Jazz Ensemble showcases the extraor dinary talents of the school’s finest young musicians. United by their deep passion for jazz, these dedicated boys bring a vibrant energy to every per formance. Their performance at the National Youth Jazz Festival in Makhanda in June was acclaimed as one of the top school performances of the festiva l this year. Join us in celebrating their achievements this year with a fin al farewell concert.

KNO W BEFORE YOU GO: MiTH takes place every second Wednesday at The Knoll Histo ric Guest Farm, Knoll Drive, Hilton. Doors open at 6pm and the music will k ick off at 7pm. Entrance is R50 at the door. Food and soft drinks are avail able for sale. A cash bar is available.

DIRECTIONS TO MiTH: Take the N3 to Hilton, take the Hilton turnoff and go South into the Village (away f rom Hilton College). Travel 5,2km along Hilton Avenue (past two sets of tra ffic lights and Crossways Pub) and keep going straight as Hilton Avenue tur ns into Dennis Shepstone Drive. At the 5,2km mark, Knoll Drive will be on y our right – the entrance to MiTH is the *second* entrance on your left into The Knoll Historic Guest Farm.
