Graceland Natural Dairy Products is a family-run business operating from the country village of Hilton, in the beautiful KZN Midlands. Bill and Karin Frost have been producing natural yoghurt and an assortment of homemade cheeses since 1993.
Their products are all made from raw, full cream cows' milk. Bill and Karin pride themselves in sourcing high quality milk from pasture-fed cows only.
Only vegetarian rennet is used in the production of the cheeses and a 4-strain probiotic culture is used in the production of the natural yoghurt.
No preservatives, stabilisers or any other additives are used in their products.
A very high standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained and only natural and biodegradable cleaning agents are used in the cheese factory.
Graceland Cheese products include natural yoghurt, mozarella, cheddar, jalapeno cheddar, gorgonzola, haloumi, feta cheese and German Cheddar - all made right here in Hilton!
