NLP changed my life
Honestly NLP is a therapy that has done more for me than any other to date. It literally has allowed me freedom unknown, until I applied this. I highly highly recommend both Sam and NLP. It has been life changing.

A beautiful experience
Due to anxiety attacks that landed me in ER twice, my GP advised me to see a psychologist or life coach. Since I had no personal experience with a Life coach, I opted for it.

And my journey with Sam started. What a beautiful experience! She’s warm and friendly and takes a personal interest in her clients. When I started the journey with her in March 2023, I had just collected my anxiety and anti-depressants meds, even though I knew I wasn’t depressed. Through regular sessions, I was able to uncover and deal with deep-seated psychological issues that had gone undetected since my childhood. My attitude towards life in general changed, over time.

Subsequently, self-love, gratitude and confidence increased. I was able to resuscitate my sewing business, and many other talents I possess. I fully believe she has done more than what was required of her to help me get my inner power back. I don’t pay attention to small things like in the past. Therefore, my relationship with myself, my family, my colleagues has improved. I feel good, most of the time and my outlook towards life is generally positive, a ripple effect like I have never experienced before. I have managed to stay in shape emotionally, physically and financially.

Positivity restored
Sam was the light I needed when I was going through one of the darkest parts of my life. She spoke me through a healing process that has kept me together all these years later. I honestly went into a session with her thinking that it wouldn't work because nothing before had, but I was so wrong, Sam taught me to be able to see positivity in my life again and to deal with my demons one step at a time. I don't belive there is anyone that Sam cannot guide through to the other side of that dark tunnel.
